Kajiyama Internal Medicine Clinic offers special Mounjaro® pricing for overseas visitors and temporary residents with a BMI of 30 or higher.
This plan is available for face-to-face consultations only.
Special BMI-Based Pricing
Your BMI will be calculated using your height and weight measured at our clinic on the day of consultation.
Self-reported height or weight cannot be used to determine eligibility.

The certificate is free when your total medication purchase is ¥40,000 or more.
BMI Measurement
Height and weight will be measured at our clinic.
BMI is calculated as:
BMI = weight (kg) ÷ height (m) ÷ height (m)
Your BMI category is determined based on measurements taken at our clinic.
How Much Can Be Prescribed?
Multiple months of Mounjaro® may be prescribed when medically appropriate.
Depending on your current dose, treatment history and medical condition, up to approximately 6 months’ supply may be available.
