For those who normally use Mounjaro® (tirzepatide, a GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist) and have forgotten to bring it to Japan, run out, or wish to purchase Japanese-made Mounjaro®, our clinic prescribes Mounjaro®.

Special pricing is available for patients with a BMI of 30 or higher.
The price varies depending on the number of boxes purchased at one time.
Example: 1 box of 2.5 mg + 3 boxes of 5.0 mg = 4 boxes total, so the total is 8,000 yen + 14,000 × 3 = 50,000 yen.

An initial consultation fee of ¥2,200 applies.
The fee for an English medication certificate is 3,300 yen. However, it is free with purchases of 40,000 yen or more.

When you visit our clinic, we will use a translation app to communicate with you.
We do not offer online consultations for travelers, only face-to-face consultations.
Note
In Japan, Manjaro is approved as a treatment for type 2 diabetes.
Its use for weight loss purposes differs from its approved indications in Japan.
It is available on a self-pay basis.
Zepbound, which contains the same active ingredient, is approved in Japan for the treatment of obesity.
