For those who normally use Mounjaro® (tirzepatide, a GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist) and have forgotten to bring it to Japan, run out, or wish to purchase Japanese-made Mounjaro®, our clinic prescribes Mounjaro®.We are closed onThursdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
Please make an appointment via LINE or our website, or come directly to the clinic.
We do not accept appointments by phone.
The receptionist doesn’t speak English, We do not accept reservations by phone.so please come directly to the clinic during opening hours. Then we can prescribe Mounjaro.

Fees:1pen/1weekThe price varies depending on the number of boxes purchased at one time.
Example: 1 box of 2.5 mg + 3 boxes of 5.0 mg = 4 boxes total, so the total is 8,000 yen + 14,000 × 3 = 50,000 yen.

This product is sold only in boxes (containing 2 pens).
Therefore, it is sold only in even quantities.
An initial consultation fee of ¥2,200 applies.
The fee for an English medication certificate is 3,300 yen. However, it is free with purchases of 40,000 yen or more.
